With a background in both Strength & Conditioning and Pilates, my approach combines structured strength training with precise, controlled movement to improve posture, balance, coordination and overall fitness.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and designed to help women move better, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies, whether that’s through improving strength, mobility, fitness or overall wellbeing.

The aim is simple: to help women build strong, capable bodies that support them well for life.
